We understand that precision and quality are key to cider production. That’s why our facility is outfitted with advanced tools and equipment designed to optimize every step of the process.


Crush
Our crush line is located adjacent to the fermentation room, allowing us to crush and pump directly into fermentation tanks in a single step. With the capacity to crush approximately 350 gallons per hour, we ensure efficiency in every process.
Additionally, we have year-round access to fresh apples from our sister apple packing plant. Available apple varieties include Autumn Glory, Honeycrisp, Pink Lady, Gala, Granny Smith, Fuji, and Ambrosia.


Laboratory
We have a well equipped laboratory with an Admeo Spica enzymatic analyzer, in addition to all the equipment required to keep a tight quality control.
